Waka Hotels & Resorts announce the reopening of WakaSailing Catamaran on 1st April 2023, after temporary closure due to the global travel restrictions triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. Safety and hygiene procedures have been put in place to comply with local government guidelines to guarantee guests’ and employees’ safety and wellbeing.
The luxury Catamaran will recommence operation on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays of its popular sailing trips to the nearby Nusa Lembongan island, which was pioneered and popularized by WakaSailing in early 1990s. WakaSailing’s experienced crew are sprucing up the Catamaran to once again welcome guests onboard to enjoy the exhilarating sailing trips across the Badung Straits.
On arrival at Nusa Lembongan Island, a warm welcome with a chilled welcome drink is offered at the exclusive Waka Beach Club set in tropical gardens on the sparkling white sandy Jungut Batu Beach. Indulge in Snorkeling, Sea Kayaks, Banana Boat Rides or simply soak in the sun by the swimming pool and on the tree-house deck. A sumptuous buffet lunch of fresh salads, mini pizzas, freshly grilled seafood, satays and Indonesian delicacies is served in the tiered open-air pavilion.
An optional tour of Nusa Lembongan in an open-air vehicle will complete a day of relaxation on the island before sailing back to Bali in the afternoon sipping signature sunset cocktail with canapes
WakaSailing Catamaran carries a maximum load of 35 passengers with seating in the open-sided cabin and on the outside deck, making it a perfect day excursion for honeymooners, couples, families and intimate outings with friends. WakaSailing is available for private charters for half and full day sailing.
