Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

One night deposit is required to guarantee all room reservations.
Cancellation received 7 days prior arrival during high season and 3 days prior arrival during shoulder and low seasons, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation made within 3 to 6 days prior arrival during high season and 2 days prior arrival during shoulder and low seasons – one night’s charge will be applied as cancellation fee.
Cancellation made one day prior to arrival or no show will incur full stay charge as cancellation fee. 

*Low Season Period                  : 1st November – 24th December and 6th January – 31st March

 Shoulder Season Period          : 1st April – 14th July and 25th August – 31st October

 High Season Period                 : 15th July – 24th August and 25th December – 5th January

NusaBay Menjangan by WHM is not considered suitable for families with infants and children below the age of two years, due to the resort’s remote location in a Jungle environment, which can be accessed only by a 25-minute boat ride across Kotal Bay.
